The Squire Sanders Value Partner Team^SM (VPT) white paper has been published on the Association of Corporate Counsel's (ACC) website as part of its Value Challenge Tool Kit Resource. A central element of the firm's Partnering for Worldwide Value^SM (PWV) initiative, the white paper describes how PWV is elevating the value that Squire Sanders provides clients and sets out best practices for meeting the ACC Value Challenge.

The firm's approach to delivering value-driven, high-quality legal services at a reasonable cost is based on the 10 principles of its value covenant with clients. PWV seeks to identify, encourage and promulgate practices that align client and firm interests. In the white paper, VPT co-chairs Patrick D. Cornelius and Susan M. DiMickele outline ways in which the firm is building stronger client partnerships through improved communications, technology, alternate fee arrangements and process improvements.
