Squire Sanders Launches Innovative Diversity Initiative
Squire Sanders created a summer associate minority fair as part of the firm’s continuing focus on diversity. The fair is believed to be the first such program done by a Cleveland-area law firm.

The Squire Sanders summer program is at the core of our hiring efforts. It is designed to give you a realistic look at our practice and the lawyers with whom you will work. It also gives us a sense of you and your potential as both a practitioner and colleague.

Whether you want the experience of working at a large, global organization with multinational clients or find the value in working in a smaller office and forging long-term relationships with colleagues and clients, we are the firm for you.

Diversity among our lawyers is important to us. We recruit at schools with large minority populations; participate in minority clerkship programs, job fairs, conferences, workshops, receptions and other events; and actively recruit minorities through student organizations.

Squire Sanders has summer positions available in nine of our US offices as well as Tokyo. The programs in each of these offices are as dynamic and diverse as the cities themselves and include outside social, cultural and athletic activities to help you get to know us and our communities. LAW CLERK AND LEGAL TRAINEE PROGRAM
The firm's law clerk program in all non-US offices accepts applications. To apply, you must have completed at least three years of legal education at an institution.

Squire Sanders has a legal trainee program in London and Frankfurt for graduated lawyers who are required to work prior to bar passage and admission. For current opportunities, please search the list of available positions.
