Our Los Angeles office is known for both its international and US practices. Lawyers in Los Angeles focus in particular on mergers and acquisitions and other transactional matters, as well as complex business litigation and alternative dispute resolution. The office also has substantial practices in more specialized legal areas such as intellectual property, real estate, environmental, labor and employment, international trade, tax, banking and finance, bankruptcy, insurance, maritime and antitrust.

The summer program is designed to reflect the realities of daily practice in the Los Angeles office. Providing each summer associate with a broad cross-section of work while accommodating individual preferences is a priority. Feedback is integral and is provided through mid-summer reviews, as well as informally.

The Los Angeles program lasts seven weeks.  Summer associate compensation is competitive with the local market.
