Stephanie T.G. Duffy focuses on real estate, real estate finance, commercial lending, new market tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits and low-income housing tax credits.

Ms. Duffy represents investors, funds, financial institutions and developers in the acquisition, financing, sale and disposition of real estate developments. She also represents lenders and borrowers in all aspects of commercial and real estate lending. Ms. Duffy assists direct investors and syndicators in the acquisition of equity interests in new markets tax credit, historic rehabilitation tax credit and low-income housing tax credit projects and community development entities awarded new markets tax credits.

Ms. Duffy was selected for inclusion in Ohio Super Lawyers–Rising Stars Edition 2010, a recognition that she is one of the top up-and-coming lawyers in Ohio.

Ms. Duffy is a member of the Emory University Alumni Association. She is also a member of the New York, Ohio and Columbus Bar Associations.
