Arman Pahlavan is co-chair of the firm’s private equity and technology practice and is a resident of the Palo Alto office. He advises public and private companies, venture capital and private equity funds on various aspects of their business transactions. His clients span across industry sectors including software and communications, life sciences and energy. His legal areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, intellectual property transactions and private equity fund formation matters. His private equity fund clients include Invesco; One East Capital Advisors Lp; Angeleno Group; Vedanta Capital; Selby Venture Partners; Kleiner, Perkins, Caufield & Byers; Tomorrow Ventures; and Leucadia National Corporation, among others.
