Arman Pahlavan

Arman Pahlavan is co-chair of the firm’s private equity and technology practice and is a resident of the Palo Alto office. He advises public and private companies, venture capital and private equity funds on various aspects of their business transactions. His clients span across industry sectors including software and communications, life sciences and energy. His legal areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, intellectual property transactions and private equity fund formation matters. His private equity fund clients include Invesco; One East Capital Advisors Lp; Angeleno Group; Vedanta Capital; Selby Venture Partners; Kleiner, Perkins, Caufield & Byers; Tomorrow Ventures; and Leucadia National Corporation, among others. He has represented clients in a multitude of private equity and venture capital transactions, and has acted as fund counsel to several funds. In addition
Mr. Pahlavan has acted as counsel in securities litigation matters.

Mr. Pahlavan is a frequent contributor to private equity and technology industry associations on various topics. He appears on panels and roundtables concerning industry topics and is quoted in media coverage on related issues. Mr. Pahlavan is a member of the board of directors of The Enterprise Network of Silicon Valley and a founding member of the International BioMed Society (IBMS), two preeminent organizations promoting entrepreneurship and innovation in Silicon Valley.
