James S. Tsang is the managing partner of the Hong Kong office and focuses his practice on international business and tax law. His practice also emphasizes US corporate and commercial transactions, US and regional tax planning including individual tax planning, and US inbound/outbound investments.

Mr. Tsang’s experience includes advising on tax planning and structuring for high-net-worth individuals in Asia; representing US companies in joint venture projects in China; advising on structuring US investments in Hong Kong and China; and representing Hong Kong companies in acquisition, joint venture and intellectual property matters in the United States.

Mr. Tsang is listed in Chambers Asia 2010 as a leading individual in Hong Kong for private client/wealth management matters and recognized in PLC Which lawyer? Yearbook 2009 for the same.

Mr. Tsang is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy and the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong.
