Mark J. Ruehlmann focuses his practice on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on cases in the financial services sector, along with disputes involving business interruption, product liability and trade secrets. He represents a variety of clients, ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to individual entrepreneurs, in federal and state trial and appellate courts. Mr. Ruehlmann has served as the managing partner of the firm’s Cincinnati office for 10 years and in 2010 was elected to serve on the firm’s seven-person management committee.

• Advising a global manufacturer in a multimillion-dollar dispute involving one of its equipment suppliers.
• Counseling a publicly traded global manufacturer in a multimillion-dollar products liability dispute.
• Representing the former shareholders of a wholly owned subsidiary of a publicly traded company in multimillion-dollar litigation stemming from a merger transaction.
• Pursuing successful injunctive litigation in Indiana trial, appellate and supreme courts on behalf of a publicly traded employer.
