Ken Kurosu

Ken Kurosu, the managing partner of the firm’s Tokyo office and Asia practice coordinator, focuses his practice on project finance, infrastructure, telecommunications, mergers and acquisitions and related corporate and commercial law matters. He is listed in the 2009-10 edition of Asia Pacific Legal 500 as a leading individual in Japan for corporate and merger and acquisition matters. In the 2009 inaugural edition of The Best Lawyers in Japan, Mr. Kurosu is listed for his corporate and M&A practice.
